I got kicked out twice because they said they couldn't see me on my webcam, and that the photo ID I gave them before, which they seemed OK with, they then told me they couldn't see and I had to take a picture of it again. Then they made me go through the business of scanning my desk all over again. I hope if I have to use these people again, I can test in person.

Absolute garbage, they said they couldn't see my camera and booted me, but had no problem seeing the camera at the beginning. Trash 10/10 would not recommend. I'd leave no stars if it'd let me post.

It was fine, although I didn't know how to exit the practice exam and the "proctor" (which I wouldn't be surprised if it was AI) told me to click end session. I'm glad that I didn't, but I had to figure out on my own how to exit the practice exam and take the actual exam. There were no instructions on how to take the actual exam, and the "proctor" didn't seem to understand what I was saying most of the time, and there was a pretty significant time lag, almost like AI was in use responding to me.

Very easy to use, very thorough. Although my webcam is built into my laptop, it wasn't too hard to show a complete 360 of my room. If you are worried about cords, try having your laptop fully charged before beginning. My laptop was plugged in, but I still had no issues. I loved being able to take my exam in the comfort of my own home rather than driving 2 hrs away. 10/10 would recommend.

My webcam is built into my computer screen so I actually had to pick up the WHOLE SCREEN to move around the room. I was so worried I was going to pull the wires from the back of the computer the whole time. This was a frustrating process.

i didn't see the whole question. i try to press the help button then it was kicked out from exam and removed me from the paper. they took 30-45 mnts to scan my entire room and after that i didn't see the questions on the paper. disappointed.
