Shouldnt even get one star!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was 100 questions in and it dropped me from the exam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WTH man!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am not paying for this again!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WTFFFFFFFFFF!!!!!! And the stress they put me through before starting the exam! they even told me to throw my phone, then asked me to go get it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The actual test part was fine; however, being kicked out multiple times (twice) and having to go back in and go through the whole verification process all over again was such a frustrating and stressful situation because I didn't know if I was going to have to take the whole exam over again. I thought that doing it in the comfort of my home would help reduce the stress level, but I have to say if this is a recurring problem I would much rather travel to do it in person, at least that way it is in a better controlled environment and technology doesn't add to the already stressful situation.

Literally had to restart the browser 4 times because of technical difficulty. I literally had to disassemble of my decorations. At least they got a room tour prior my remote testing. The website kept loading off and I had to go over scheduled testing time which thankfully did not affect the exam duration. I will definitely not do remote testing ever again.

That was the worst testing experience I have every had. Test was perfectly fine until the last 5 questions of an 180 question exam, when it started to buffer. I had to wait for tech help, which took a while and some of the responses were incoherent. They told me I would be able to close and relaunch but it took forever to get back into my exam. The second proctor I had was completely anal about things that weren't even there. They took forever to respond to my questions.

This is not the easiest, user friendly way to take an online exam. Exam had calculations and I am not sure why a built in calculator was not included. I addition, why is the directions to take an online exam posted not honored i.e. regarding utilization of books.

This was an awful experience, I was calm and prepared to take my exam then encountered issues at the start of my exam, had to wait for a technician, then chat explain to the tech, I was literally in tears and I had to go ahead and take my exam because this is the only time I could take the exam. Please note I had already done the day prior my system checks, network connectivity, environment, etc. I was truly disappointed, with my experience.
