Fell in love with the simplicity of recording and uploading videos with Send Spark, especially having control of the share previews and branding part. Heck, you can even embed the video in Gmail and send them to your clients! Send Spark will automatically create a GIF preview to make your email interactive. How cool is that? Will definitely be using Send Spark to record screencast of tutorials and website design reviews for our clients. I'm very sure they will love it. Never the less, I'm giving this extension a 4 star for the time being because there is still room for improvement, especially the video upload part (after recording) and the webcam not being recorded when capturing screencast from another application. All in all, love Send Spark and looking forward for the improvements coming ahead.

Love the product and extension. It is quick to set up and start recording, send via email... my clients are gonna feel so special I am sure! Awesome tool and extension> As someone who had been using Vidyard and Loom for a few years now, I was looking for a similar product that offered me the simplicity and flexibility that I wanted without the expensive price tag. Sendspark delivers all that and more. I like the simple customization features available and the fact that I can add or start a recording within Google is cool too not to mention, the ability to request for video replies, testimonials etc. I've already sent out a bunch of stand-alone videos as well as screen recordings via email and got a few replies as well - the overall response to video messages and onboarding is something new.....and it works. My average response rates have increased noticeably. The support team is simply awesome - I had minor issues in the beginning and both Brandon and Bethany were quick to get me sorted in record time.

Just the video email solution I was looking for keep up after sales. The videos request is awesome, I started testing already and looking forward to use it for all my reviews requests... Very intuitive easy to use powerful tool! Screen capture is definitely a huge bonus, works fine for personalized walk throughs with clients or small tutorials and with the chrome extension it is even easier.. It works for a lot of different tasks!

I had been looking for good saas for collecting video testimonial, found sendspark. Even though its not made specifically for testimonial request, team is quite responsive and they have a good roadmap ahead. Have a lots of other features and hope it will grow for years to come.

So here is a really cool tool that has helped us in a few ways already we have been using it a little over a month now. 1. We were able to get the attention of some prospects that before were unable to get them to even look are way with our efforts through multiple channels. 2. Our weekly email campaigns have gained 4% in engagement. 3. Current client interactions including feedback and testimonials have become really easy and a lot more fun. Those by themselves are enough reason to want to use the app, but I think the thing that makes me the happiest is their team is really listening to the users and adjusting quickly. Their roadmap doesn't seem like they are just blowing smoke and will actually hit the things they set out to do. That is really refreshing.

A really fantastic alternative to Loom, and Vimeo Record. Have been looking for something similar for a while - I really like (and need) the ability to request a video from people - great for support calls, or asking for reviews etc. 5* easily.
