Seriously.. I LOVE IT! Just grabbed SendSpark now and on first impressions and fiddling around with it, I have to say it is perfect for what I need (Loom alternative). The UI is clean and simple and I feel like I know where everything is on the dashboard. Will wait to see how it holds up but so far it is beautiful and I'm sure I'm going to be using it for a lot more use cases than just replacing Loom. PS. check out their roadmap too, some great things in the pipeline so very excited to see them coming through :)

So I have used other similar solutions (LOOM) in the past, but for me what stood out about this app is how easy it is to use, the speed of the interface, and the lack of glitches. It is great for recording videos and getting them out into the world fast. Yes, you could use other methods such as uploading to youtube and then sharing a link, but that takes time and there are a lot of annoyances involved. I find this much easier, seamless, and-in-all it save me a lot of headaches. Great job!

I am just starting a lifestyle apparel company and see several ways I can use Sendspark to engage with my audience. The dashboard is simple and straight forward. Sendspark recently added a "templates" tab on the dashboard. The current templates show you how Sendspark uses videos to engages with customers. It is a good place to start if you are stuck or do not know where to begin. Hopefully, expand the capabilities of the template tab to allow us to add our own templates and easily pull them up later. Once you have a video, statistics are conveniently displayed. At a glance you can see how many people watched the video and clicked on the CTA. The other feature I am really excited about is the ability to collect customer testimonials. I have not tried it out yet, but it looks very straight forward and easy to navigate. For better or worse, it does not look like I can edit the video in Spendspark and it is not on the product roadmap, but I do hope they will consider adding some basic video editing capabilities. One additional feature I am hoping they decide to include is GDPR compliance. It is the direction more countries will move it, so it would be good to be ahead of the curve. Now that I have the great tool, I just need to get over my reservations about being on camera (blush), grrrr.

At first there was a wow effect, but revealed several problems. Cons: does not work with Apple Mail + Mailbutler. Strange location of the logo in the preview video, near the play button. Few customization options. Pros: seems to work fine on other platforms. I took off one star and will continue to test. I will not delete the first review, but will supplement it. Just super! I was not going to buy this as I had a similar service. But I still decided to test it and compare it with what I already have. And that's just great! Easy to set up, easy to use and most importantly, my clients are shocked :) I gave up my old service and stayed with Sendspark, I am sure that for a long time. Good luck to the team in further developing a great product.

I'm running a digital marketing agency, I tried SendSpark before purchasing it, and it works absolutely great! It works really well at doing it's main job - helping me connect with prospects through quick and simple videos. I also really like how simple it is to collect video testimonials from my customers. As for feature-wise, the ability to create quick short videos and include them in emails and social media is outstanding. And not to forget, another thing that's really awesome is the ability to create different accounts (or brands) and keep videos and teams completely separate. Overall I am really happy with this purchase and excited to see how they continue to expand further!
