It's a great tool. I've tried a few different ones alternatives but I'm am happy with the way it this one operates. Comparing it to other products on the market. It does a great job of recording your screen and audio. I mainly use this for doing demos of our services for clients to watch the videos back or to try and engage and potentially new clients. Love that it also alerts you when an individual has checked out your video and it allows you to either respond with another follow up video or send them and email for a better conversion rate when trying to reach out to customers.

This extension is really great! With it, we significantly improved our business process as well as collaboration with our customers. Due to our business specifics, we often need to get explicit feedback of our customers regarding the project we are working on. As well as we need to provide a detailed answer supported with certain screen recordings. A video is always more beneficial than a simple voice message and a dull screenshots or just text message/email. And this was rather hard to arrange. Now, Thanks to Sendspark, this it is very easy to organize! In addition, our outreach campaign became more productive once we start using video emails! This app is awesome! I have Loom and these apps are similar. The one thing that sets Sendspark apart is the ability to invite someone to create a video that does not require an account. Just a simple link. Also the ability to have multiple users work together on a workspace is great. Sendspark is going to revolutionize how we interact with our customers. Looking forward to see how this app grows and new features get added. Just adding an update to say we are still enjoying SendSpark and are going to use now as a welcome tool for new clients as well engage more with it for our marketing campaigns. I really was not sure using video on my emails, in the past, for many reasons. When I saw this LTD, I was drawn to try Sendspark. Wow, I was shocked how easy to use it. SendSpark is going to help me on my marketing arena. When I took a look at their road map and am delighted how quickly, they are adding so many new features that will make the life easier. It is Just a Great tool with multiple use cases..! This tool has been great for me. I am planning to use it with several of my cases in my business, such as:
 - Outreach and sales campaigns.
 - Asking for feedback from customers.

Sendspark is a great tool in any email marketing campaign. It allows you to embed video into your emails that really lift boring text into something that connects with your customer. The user interface is super easy. I am no techie and had it working and sending branded emails with embedded video in less than 5 minutes. Enough said! The chrome integration is simple and foolproof! My next job is to start asking for customer reviews and testimonials. Again this can be easily done using Sendspark. There is nothing not to love about this app!
