Ich hatte mehrere Hörgeräte ausprobiert und war nicht restlos zufrieden bis ich AudioMee kennenlernte. Herr Gunnar Berends kontaktierte mich und wir vereinbarten einen Termin zu dem er pünktlich und sehr gepflegt erschien. Seine kompetente, freundliche, hilfsbereite und sehr überzeugende Art überzeugten mich ihm einen Auftrag zu erteilen. Zuhause beraten und betreut zu werden hat mir sehr gefallen. Ich werde Herrn Berends auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und bin mit meinen Hörgeräten sehr zufrieden. Dank des TV-Connectors den Herr Berends freundlicherweise installierte und erklärte habe ich einen neuen Hörgenuß erhalten und bedanke mich sehr!!

I purchased a cell phone from Amazon 92 days ago. Today, I called Amazon to ask about the warranty (if any) that might be attached to the phone. I was told that I had to send the phone to the manufacturer for repair. I did not ask for any refund or a return of of the phone. The woman I spoke with had such horrible English I had to ask her to repeat several times. I ended the conversation and tried to locate the address for the phone repair. Incredibly, two hours after I spoke with the woman at Amazon with the horrible accent, I received an email from Amazon implying that I was trying to get a refund of the money I paid for the phone I inquired about. Worse, in the email, Amazon asked for a photocopy of my government issed identification to "process" the refund I did not ask to receive. I would not send back a phone that contained so much of my private finanial data. Even though we get a lot of good products from Amazon, I think that Amazon should confirm that each employee can speak and understand English. I am a long-term customer of Amazon and a "Prime" member. It is an insult to send such a ridiculous email to me. Shame on Amazon for hiring people who do not understand English. dmg

Trustpilot is a seriously flawed model: 1. They delete some of the reviews you write saying their computer has detected this, you respond, they then ask you to send a receipt which you do and they ignore you, not replying to any further emails or publishing your review? 2. They allow companies to join a premium programme, if you choose not then you do not get support to deal with abusive or slanderous reviews, they just keep asking you to pay to join this premium programme So glad I can write a review here of them, not surprisingly Trustpilot do not allow ANY reviews of them on their own site.... Ummm...
