Feels like reviews are being paid by companies, negative removes are being removed stating guidlines and positive are being are kept. thought you can see 5 star rating pattern of similar reviews from same location from short interval of time, they are not flagged but geniuine negative reviews are removed. I try to review 10 time of a fraud company but all the time it was removed.

If you were a pilot trusting Trustpilot for your flight safety, you would have crashed on your 1st flight. It didn't take me too long to realize trusting Trustpilot reviews was foolish. The site is full of promotional reviews which are supposed to be against their policy. Trust pilot does absolutely nothing to eliminate them. Extension promptly removed from my browser.

The idea behind Trustpilot would be "worth" 4 or 5 stars. The way they deal with customers is "worth" 1 star. When I tried to write a review with my Google account, I discovered that my account on Trustpilot was blocked. When I asked Trustpilot support to unlock my account I received the answer that it can not be unlocked because I did something wrong and that they would not tell me what exactly I did wrong. I am not aware of having done anything wrong with my Google account - I use it for several other online service. This leaves a very bad feeling!

Brittany Bono keeps saying "we have 0 tolerance towards fake reviews". That is laughable to say the least. I recently flagged dozens and dozens of reviews for a particular company. All those reviews were 5 star and included a promotional code for new subscribers. Out of these i've only got 3 follow-ups by their "integrity team" and after that they stopped. According to Trustpilot policy "No promotional codes are allowed" yet even after flagging them, all of these reviews are still on their website. I then posted a negative review for Trustpilot on Trustpilot to tell this story. They immediately removed my review: "Hi Rob Lee, Thanks for writing a review about trustpilot.com on Trustpilot. .......... some BS .............. In this case, your review of trustpilot.com has been flagged because we couldn’t verify its authenticity, and on that basis we’ve removed your review from our platform." Not only that, but they also suspended my account: "Hi Rob Lee, ....... some BS ........... In this case, our software has flagged that at least one of your reviews is likely to be fabricated as we couldn’t verify its authenticity. We take this very seriously, and have therefore blocked your user account and removed your reviews from our platform" Some Trustworthy review site.... LOL

Trust Pilot is not a real review site. It is fake and run by corrupt kids. If you write a bad review, it will get deleted. If your opinions don't align with theirs, it gets deleted. If you are a company and you pay them off, you will get good reviews. If you want to see real reviews, look at the reviews themselves for Trust Pilot. Even on here, they are rated less than a 3 out of 5. Hard to call yourselves trustpilot when most people don't even trust you.

Terrible "Integrity Check Team", and a terrible "Integrity Check Software" to go along with that team. Many reviews that are supposedly "against their policy" litter their website, but many legitimate reviews are promptly removed, especially if it is about them. Don't let their name fool you, It is not a TRUSTWORTHY app/website.

Installed it, as I am fan of trustpilot. However, star colour changes when I change tab and back again (i.e. website on first tab now has colour related to website on second tab). Also, when I click on the star to get the review information pop-up, nothing happens. In short, great idea, but not really working well yet.

Fake feedback gets through to the company's page, but genuine feedback remains in the filter. Trustpilot as a company is a bit dubious
