This extension deserves 5 stars as I tried several of them and only this one worked as described. I used Vivaldi browser but I guess the same will be in Chrome too. I also marked as inappropriate one single 1-star comment which distorted the rating. Hopefully it will removed or ill stop affecting the rating of this really useful extension. Before I used Super Drag feature of crxMouse extension to open links in new tab but that required moving my mouse while holding button. This extension is much better. I also use Logitech mouse which has extra programmable buttons, so I assigned CTRL+F4 to one of them to close tab with one click. Super convenient.

I have never posted a review for any extension (at least that I can recall), but decided I should for this one. I saw only 1-star reviews, but this extension is the only one I could find that has this feature and has been updated in the last four years! If you don't want to refresh the tabs you've got open currently, just quit and re-open google chrome, and if you don't see your tabs as soon as Chrome is reopened, you can check your history and open all the tabs you previously had! I tried a few others before I found this one and they all opened links in a new tab AND on the current tab, which is... less than ideal. One great addition that I hope to see in the future is the option to open the tabs in the background! Wonderful little tool, thank you Shane (name is below, I'm not a creep) ! edit: Thank you!! Found it and enabled it :) much appreciated!
it doesn't work for google.com, the only site I was interested in. Really disappointing.
