This eye-care extension enables night mode by creating dark themes for websites on the fly. Dark Reader inverts bright colours to make web pages high contrast and easier to read.

Adjust brightness, contrast, the sepia filter, font preferences. Enable dark mode on every web page or give websites a sepia tone. Enable or disable Dark Reader for specific websites, automatically sync with system dark mode, or detect already dark websites and leave them unchanged.

This is the original Dark Reader extension. Since 2014, we continuously evolve alongside modern web technologies to deliver fast and reliable dark mode support for people sensitive to bright light.

I've tried about every dark mode extension available, and Dark Reader is by far the best. It allows you all the fancy features of the subscription extensions for free, and works like a charm. I am grateful to the developer(s) for sparing my eyes on wikipedia and other sites. Thank you so much!!!

多くのサイトで問題なく動作するし、ドメインごとに効果のオンオフを設定できるので、とても便利です。この拡張機能を使用した方が見やすいことも多いです。

Works for 90% of web sites but some sights the "dark" inversion causes text to become light color on on light background and in particular for sites like E-bay with heavy tracking/spying java on them the page rendering time skyrockets from a second to 10s of seconds. It will make you think that page is finished drawing and you might even be able to click in a text box but it will then "redraw" the page forcing you to wait for another 20-40 seconds. This is the fault of E-bay but also manifests on other web sites as well.

Поставила это расширение - перестал работать Хром и Гугл Класс. Удалила расширение - Всё прекрасно работает и сразу включаются приложения. Ужас просто!
