I'm not one to leave reviews of any kind ever. That being said... I have pretty high-end ADHD and often deal with sensory overload. I just installed this extension and less than 5 minutes later I am leaving a 5-star review. It seems however that the new Chrome webstore is somehow immune to the charms of this extension. I hope they find a way past those gates. To the developers... keep up the good work. Even Google Sheets was immune to all other attempts to stop the blaring white screen. This reviewer is sincerely grateful for your efforts.

One of the best dark modes I've found thus far. Only critique is that it sometimes has issues with Google Sheets and I can't make out the cells. Other times it works properly?? Must be a bug. Otherwise pretty solid. If you have eye issues from extended screen time get this now. No annoying color reversals. Although it might be an issue for some people if you're reading a lot of tutorials with text inside screenshots that need to be inverted. Use your best judgement.

I usually don't write reviews but this extension was so useful that I had to. I recommend using it alongside a software called "Auto Dark mode" to switch the whole theme of your windows and web browser between dark mode and light mode at certain times of the day. I like the light mode during the day and dark mode for nights. I set the times in the Auto Dark Mode and put this extension on auto mode so at those certain times Auto Dark Mode changes the theme of my windows and this extension sets my browser in proper theme according to that. It also has some useful features like whitelists for pages you don't want to get effected by the mode and options for controlling the brightness, contrast , etc. I highly recommend it. TWO THUMBS UP FOR THE DEVELOPERS👌👍👍

Very good extension for a dark theme. It stands out from all the other dark theme extension because of the colors it uses; they are easy for the eyes and plesant to see. However recently Google is generating AI text while searching something with its search enigne. Dark reader can't be able to identify the AI generated text and showing complete white screen on that space. I can't read any of the text written on it. please fix this issue soon as possible.

Used to work perfectly, but recently, even when turned off it still affects sites. html element is given a background color but nothing else is affected so text is almost invisible
