This would be a 5-star review as it works really well 98% of the time and is extremely useful, however, on some websites it causes huge loading delays, 15-30 second delays for the site to load and then every page on that site takes 15+ seconds. Myself, friends, family, and everyone in our organisation uses it and we've all experienced this when Dark Reader (DR) is enabled. BUT the biggest reason for concern and this negative review is recently we've been getting a few websites that refuse to load because of a "Security risk", the sites won't load because "An extension is calling for information that it shouldn't be requesting or doesn't have permission for." When we disable Dark Reader the page will load without issue, if we enable DR again immediately the website goes back to the privacy page. Just today it happened to me again, Dark Reader is always disabled on Slack which I use for work, suddenly the website wouldn't load and I noticed DR was enabled again without me touching it, strange but no problem, I clicked disable on DR, the website loaded and I carried on working for about an hour... until Slack wouldn't load again because this extension had enabled itself again. Now concerned, I disabled DR again and carried on working... only for maybe 2 hours until DR had enabled itself again! Every time a security page comes up that an extension is trying to access something it doesn't have permission for! This is (was) a really useful tool that works fantastically, so I truly hope that this is just some sort of bug with an update and not something shady or nefarious like there servers have been compromised. If it's just a bug we will happily change this to a 5-star review but at the moment our entire organisation has completely uninstalled it because of security concerns.

When it works, it works wonderfully. However, it randomly decided to forget all of my personal site configurations though in what I'm assuming was a recent update. An inconvenience I hope to not experience again, but overall the extension itself is pretty great.

Сегодня расширение внезапно сбросило весь список исключённых сайтов для инвертирования темы. По совпадению, сегодня же произошло обновление расширения. Полагаю, что ошибка за разработчиком. Обидно, что все настройки расширения слетели. Надеюсь добавят синхронизацию настроек с гугл аккаунтом.

Like another poster here noted, it wiped out all configuration suddenly. When things like this happen it also makes me concerned whether the extension was hijacked by a malicious actor. Unfortunately there are no further details to share, as the developer requested.
