This eye-care extension enables night mode by creating dark themes for websites on the fly. Dark Reader inverts bright colours to make web pages high contrast and easier to read.

Adjust brightness, contrast, the sepia filter, font preferences. Enable dark mode on every web page or give websites a sepia tone. Enable or disable Dark Reader for specific websites, automatically sync with system dark mode, or detect already dark websites and leave them unchanged.

This is the original Dark Reader extension. Since 2014, we continuously evolve alongside modern web technologies to deliver fast and reliable dark mode support for people sensitive to bright light.

сделайте так чтобы в тёмном режиме была одна контрастность и яркость а в светлом другие значения можно было поставить. расширение лучше чем другие, но всё равно удобства не хватает. ещё нужно чтобы в светлой теме расширение ничего не делало, а так яркость уменьшается, чтобы только тёмный режим был по расписанию, если светлую тему включить, то сайт немного меняется всё равно.

At first, it worked fine. But lately, it’s been causing issues. In dark mode, every time a new site loads, there’s a sudden white flash before it switches to dark, which feels unpleasant and strains the eyes. This problem was exactly why I avoided using lightweight userscripts and relied on an extension instead—but now even that is failing.
