I use Zoominfo on a daily basis. It is very beneficial in helping me with prospecting. The ability to see the hierarchy of contacts is great! I like that if you are in LinkedIn, you can connect as well. I find it may be slow at times. I have had to call support a few times and they have been extremely helpful in solving issues.

Zoominfo is a strong addition to the work that I do. It is able to effectively allow me to reach the contacts that is necessary. I would say it works effectively 90% of the time, which is great. However, there will be times where it will not be able to find the correct email or does show up via the website but not the linked profile. There is room for improvement, including occasionally around loading times, but it has a high accuracy rate making it a go-to.

As a salesperson (Account Executive) this tool allows me to quickly prospect and find contact information on my prospective clients in a really efficient way. Oftentimes, it helps me find data (like cell phone numbers) that I wouldn't have been able to find on my own. It helps me understand the software the company is using and the latest news and trends. Overall, it has made me a more efficient seller.

Most of the time this extension works well enough that I can get the info I need without going directly into the full ZoomInfo site. To make it a five star review it would have to work a little better in getting the contact info all the time. What I mean is that several times a week it will not show the info in the extension, but then I can easily find the person in the full blown site.
