The Zoom Chrome extension is like having a super power. Finding decision makers and their contact information was once a massively time consuming part of our process. Additionally, it lead to new reps cutting corners and engaging with the wrong contacts at companies. Having access to contacts on demand is an improvement that I couldn't have ever imagined in my wildest dreams and has shortened the time from identification to engagement incredibly. Absolutely my favorite part of the Zoom system.
