The extension can be very useful to surface information about individuals/companies. The main issue I had with it was when it auto-generated contacts that weren't in ZoomInfo's database. A lot of times I would have to manually add the contact info, even when it was predicted. Overall, pretty useful tool.

Overall love the ReachOut chrome ext, and especially the new features! Not only does it connect with Salesforce, but you can also highlight any name or company on your screen and immediately search the ZI database for a match.

I used to need multiple extensions from various companies to make sure I had all of my prospecting bases covered. ReachOut was great before this year's update, but ever since it's been even better. I've never run across a contact on another extension that ReachOut didn't already have. The usage on either SalesForce accounts or direct websites is great as well. My only knock is that the Salesforce contact importing integration is behind a tier paywall and I consider that a must have for anyone using ReachOut with Salesforce.

Overall - the extension performs very well. Instead of needing to go through the main page t's a huge time saver and allows for prospecting no matter where you are online. The ease of use and integrations into different CRMs seem to be unmatched from what I've seen in the past. Occasionally, there will be different data in the extension then there would be if you were just using the tool's advanced search, but those aren't all too common. Overall, I'd highly suggest this to any sales professional I know.
