なぜアップデートできない！つながらない！イライラする！
色々な設定、インストールをしまくって、まるっと3日間ほどかかって何とか消費税申告と所得税確定申告をやり終えた。PCにまぁまぁ触りなれてる人なら、インストラクション通り根気よく丁寧にやっていけば何とかなるかも。それでも何度もエラーが出たりしてはじかれるが「これがダメなら、あれで！」と色々な手段を試すうちにどうにかやり遂げた。これ、年配者には酷だわ。かくいう自分も送信済みの確定申告を印刷保管しようとしたら、、、印刷できない。はぁ、、、。 セキュリティーを確保しながら申告システムを作り上げるのって大変なんだろうな、って想像するけど、なんでこんなにたらい回しというか、全体像が見えないシステムになってるんだろう？お役所仕事だから？ひろゆきとかが作ったらどうなんかなーとふと思ってしまった。年々改善されることを切に願います。
パソコン歴30年以上で教える事も多い私も全く進まない、事前準備なんたらを堂々巡り 非常に解りにくい、不具合を全く起こさない人が作ったため不具合に対する情報が不足！！
改善してほしい ■機能面 ・ログインの認証プロセスが煩雑すぎる アプリ側がすでに認証されているなら、QRコードスキャンだけで認証十分じゃないですか？ 毎回毎回マイナンバーカード読み取ることストレスが爆発してしまいそうです。 民間企業こんなサービスだしたら、会社が潰れます。 ■非機能面 ・認証時間かかりすぎ ログイン認証なぜ10秒かかりますか？ サーバーのスペックが弱すぎませんか？ 繰り返し言います、民間企業こんなサービスだしたら、会社が潰れます。

どうしようもないソフト
全然使用出来ない！！今年の確定申告はどうしよう＊＊＊昨年は使用出来たのに～～
この電子データで確定申告しても送付まで出来ているかどうかが不安になりますが、逆に「送ったつもりだったんですけど」と送付したテイにして実際に送付せずにこのシステムのせいにする事が出来るのでは？と思いました。
