Chromeはどうやっても無理です。Edgeならログインページが表示されました。
とにかく、わけがわからないの一言です。パソコンに組み込んだらエラーが出て、原因を調べて動作が確認できるまで半日かかりました。特に高齢者には対応が極めて困難です。e-taxというシステムは一般人にはとても使えません。難しすぎます。事務処理に精通した役人向けのシステムだと思います。抜本的に作り直さないと国民には普及しないと思います。

そもそもは拡張機能の問題ではなくて、確定申告のシステム構造の複雑さの問題なので、ややこしいことは間違いないが、この拡張ツールのレヴューに文句を書くのは違うのかもしれない。 ここに書いておきたいのは、「edgeの設定で『他社の拡張ツールを許可する』としておかないと、この拡張機能がダウンロードできない」ということ。ようやくここまでたどり着いてインストールボタンが表示されず困っている人は多いと思うが、上記の理由による可能性がある。
皆さんが仰る通り、インストール後も認識されずでしたが、打つ手がなくなりパソコンを再起動させたら認識されました！一度試してみてもらえればと思います。
使い勝手が悪いわ
ダメだ、全くわからない。申告書作って良かった、終わったと思ったら「送信」する為にはまだ別のころをしなくてはならないのとは知らなかった。作成＝送信だと考えていたので正直そこで終わったと思っていたけど、確認して疑惑は確信に変わった感じ。 なんとか送信しました画面まで行きましたが、最後まで無事にできていたのかわからない。 もう諦めた。無理です。できていると信じることにしました。理解できない。なんでこんなに複雑にしなければならないのか。もっと優しい行政になって欲しいです。
昨年まではWindpows10x64+エクスピローラで簡単にできていかが、今年のシステムは分かりにくいChromアプリをEdgeに追加するところで堂々巡りしてE-Taxの記入画面に進まない
