こんなに使いにくいシステムなら一般の国民が利用する気にならない。国税庁は税金の無駄使いをするなと言いたい。いったい誰のための仕組みなのだ！午前中から作業をしていて入力画面にたどり着けない。
ひどすぎる。 何だか判読不可能な書体まで出てきて本気でe-taxを使いやすく広める気があるのか疑いたくなる。
去年はすんなりエクスプローラーから入力画面に入れたのに、ChromeやEdgeでも可能っとなって喜んだまでは良かったが、何回しても準備画面をクリアできない。同じことの繰り返しで、入力画面にたどり着かない。なんでこうなるの。ブラウザを選んだ時点で繋がるようにしないと普及しないだろ。
本当にわかりずらい
皆さんのコメント通り、税金の無駄遣い、ゴミです。
確定申告を初めてe-Taxでやろうと、SONYのICカードリーダー(RC-S380)を購入して事前準備（ブラウザはMicrosoft Edge）を試みたが、全く以て使える状態に設定出来ない。今年も紙ベースでの申告になりそう(>_<)トホホ 何故にこんなに出来の悪い分かりにくいアプリなのか？ これでは普及は無理！ 日本がIT後進国であることを実感した。情けない(>_<)
「使いにくい」の一語に尽きます。
ひどすぎでビックリしました。こんなもの作ったら一般の会社だったら、仕事できないと上司に怒られるだろうし、学生でもプレゼンテーションが下手で相手に何が言いたいのか上手く伝えられないならやり直しになるのに、なぜこの出来でOKがでたのか理解に苦しみます。 得意ではないけどパソコンは一応使う自分がまずウェブでEtax申請し、そのあと両親に今は便利な時代になったから家でも申告できるんだよ！って言ってあげたいな。。と思いサイトを覗いたのがキッカケですが、まあ作業が複雑、説明が下手すぎて理解不能、とても手こずっています。本当に本当に人がやりやすいようにという想いの欠けている不親切システムで言葉になりません。
朝から何時間も同じことを繰り返して苦闘していますが、まだデータ入力画面に入れません。（2021.1.13） 2009年からEtaxを利用している。年に1回のことなので、毎回手間がかかるがどうにか2,3日で完成し、送信できる。 今年はどうにもならない。マイナンバーカードを「」マイナー.ポータルアプリ」が故障している」の メッセージが表示される、アプリを入れなおしても、同様。諦めて「ID・パスワード方式」にしようと「電子証明書」を受けたが、申告書に反映されない。どうすればいいのか！！（2021.1.26）
パソコンに精通した人たちを対象に作られているため我々一般国民には、何が何だか全くわからない。 日本インターネットの父と呼ばれる村井純さんも読売新聞の中で使いにくいと嘆いておられます。
