Keeps getting better - just needs to work on not losing connectivity and requiring screen refreshes - but a great tool otherwise! I noticed recent issues some people were having - this did the trick for our team! 1. Log in to Salesforce. 2. Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner, then click on Settings. 3. In the left-hand menu, click on Connections, 4. Under OAuth Apps, Find and click on Revoke next to all entries for "EverywhereTokenAuth." 5. Under Third-Party Account Links in the bottom, also click on Revoke next to "Lightning for Gmail". 6. Once you have revoked these, please go to your Gmail and refresh the page. Close the Side Panel/ Salesforce Anywhere and open it. The side panel should now prompt you to log in again. 7. During the login process, a pop-up from Gmail will appear. Make sure to click "Select All" for the scopes/permissions, as shown in the screenshot I've attached to this support case. 8. Once you have selected all permissions and allowed access, you should be able to log emails.

Maintaining automation linkage between Gmail and Salesforce is vital for knowledge sharing. While the Chrome extension simplifies usage, it requires improvements in maintaining connectivity. I find myself needing to log off and log in again more frequently than anticipated to restore proper connection. Thank you for your efforts, and I encourage continued enhancements to the extension.
