When it works, it works decently. The problem is it frequently crashes and requires me to refresh Gmail. I also need to verify whether emails are actually being logged, as it will sometimes automatically log them, and sometimes require me to manually do it. If I have to keep going back to the page on SFWC, what's the point?

It's useful for moving conversations between SFDC and gmail. I wish it worked both ways and that it auto-saves to all objects associated with that contact. Little janky in terms of login
