This app is a game changing tool towards the workflow of our teams. Now it’s easy to visualize the status of every project and how everyone is doing. There’s almost no need for anyone in the team to access the main email anymore - we can work, assign different tasks to each member, reply to emails, start a chat specifically for a given card, and so much more, directly from our personal accounts. I’m looking forward for the next capabilities and see how they can help enhance our job management even further. Thumbs up for the Drag App Team!

Embora na escola apenas tenhamos agora começado a usar esta aplicação/extensão do Chrome/Gmail, deu já para compreender as potencialidades para as comunicações e organização interna da instituição. I organize most of my work from the gmail inbox. What costs me the most is the coming and going between applications, tabs and/or browsers to do some of the features that the Drag app allows you to do in a single space! Congratulations on the idea and the excellent work. I'm looking forward to seeing new features such as the ability to attach files to conversations and notes, snoozed messages etc. Cheers!

The “Drag” application is absolutely amazing for those who do most of their management from their gmail inbox, drastically enhancing, in that same space, the organization and productivity of those who use the app. What we are loving so far: 1 - the transformation of the inbox into a Kanban or a list view; 2 - The ability to automate some of the assignment tasks; 3 - the possibility of bringing other people to manage emails and tasks that they otherwise would not have access to; 4 - the possibility to create notes, tasks and conversations within each email message (or task), shared with team members, etc. In addition to the positives, support from DRAG technicians is always available, listens to customers and is quick to respond. Very useful in school management. Congratulations!

Messy inbox, team confusion, unhappy Membership. I am the president of a local non-profit youth sports program. We facilitate two main seasons Spring and Fall. Leading up to the start of both seasons 300+ parents register their children to play lacrosse. Many of the newer families often have questions and use email as their media to connect with us to get answers. 100% of our staff are volunteers and lead busy professional and personal lives. We have been struggling with emails sitting in a volunteer's inbox for days, if not weeks waiting for an answer. Not the first impression we want to leave with new families. For the last few years, we've been looking for a software product that will give our team of volunteers visibility to all requests. We've found a few products that might be able to help however, they are too involved and complicated. It's also a training issue for new volunteers. The organization simply does not have the bandwidth to train staff on complicated processes and tools. We decided a shared inbox would work. Last season I was the only one who remembered the login credentials therefore, the only one to log in and help members. Another solution failed and more members were upset with our communication. We gave up. Now all emails are coming to me directly again. After the fall season, I decided to look once more for a solution. I came across Drag. At first, I thought, too good to be true. No way this product has been here all along. I was worried about wasting time trying to implement a new solution. To my surprise Drag is super simple and an answer to all of our issues trying to help people as a group. We are kicking off our Spring season. We're hoping to have over 350 players in various programs. Now I can say confidently, with Drag we're ready!

Whilst we have only just begun using this extension, it will provide tremendous functionality and ease to our internal communications and ability to respond to external queries. We are a small but disparate team who join for this one task each year and Drag will eliminate many of the hurdles we've confronted in previous years. Great work!
