We're a small non-profit working with a team of 5 board members and 2 freelance staff. Grab is exactly the no-nonsense solution we were looking for to integrate in the Google Workspace Suite we already use. Right now we're using Grab to assign incoming e-mails to relevant people. In the future we also wish to use it for simple to-do lists. Definitely recommended.

When your trial expires, they add a really annoying email signature that you can't remove unless you are a paying customer. Why would I give you my money for inconveniencing me? I'm a brand new user, not someone who would have to exert a lot of effort to change my current workflow. When I asked a customer rep for help, they basically just said that I can uninstall the software. Again, I'm trying to actually use the software and see if it makes my work easier. Why is the answer to tell me to get lost? The signature goes away if you disable the app, and you can then go and re-enable it to continue using it if you want. Seems like an interesting move, we'll see if they are still around in a few years.

We are loving the Drag App so much - it is really helping us to streamline our internal communications without the duplication we have had in the past! We are an Equestrian Club in Australia who have a committee of up to 10 volunteers - in order to ensure that we can organize well run events in the shortest amount of time we have been looking at upgrading our communication processes. The Drag App has been a critical integration into how we manage inbound and outbound correspondence with the best feature being the individual boards. The ELT are able to filter only the relevant information to the committee members responsible - saving time, keeping everyone updated yet not swamped with information. Being able to share the workload has made everyone more positive and we hope in future to encourage volunteers to stay longer in their roles. Thanks to Drag App we are finding more time to do the important things - like ride our horses!!
