We were looking for a solution to manage our shared inboxes across multiple geographies and people. For what is technically case management. Drag has allow us to organize ourselves and a have visibility of all our work. I can't imagine how we would have coped with our growing volumes without it. I really like the fact that they go out of the way to share the product development roadmap publicly and the regular updates on specific features and honesty about when things are late. We are really looking forward to the merged cards feature next release as this is critical to managing large volumes. Great work Drag!!!

Just getting going with Drag and it has already solved the majority of our issues around shared inboxes and groups in the first week. It was pretty easy for everyone to pick up. Once we remembered to stop forwarding and start assigning things have been great.

Since I have been using Drag, I have found an easier way to manage my tasks and assign/share them with my team. I love that we can name the columns based on our workflow and how easy and simple it is to drag a card from one column to the next. I also find it easier to keep up with my colleagues, especially with the Gmail integration that Drag offers.
