Just trying this out and enjoying it so far. I like that I can do everything from within google without having to jump in and out of different applications. I am finding my way round and the onboarding was good and then the support was brilliant when I got stuck on a couple of things. Will continue to use as I like it and have recommended it to my friends.

Does not work at all, I didn't manage to get it working. Seems very buggy, the extensions does not change anything in my Gmail, click on enabling it does nothing. Inkognito doesn't work either. If tried to activate with my Goggle account but a 504 Gateway timeout occurs. Tested with two different Gmail accounts, both the same. Very sorry, we were ready to pay for it.

I was a big fan at first. Several times submitted bugs and functionality ideas. Howeeeeeeeeeever, twice in the last week, all our data has vanished... not cool when you using for project management. It eventually repopulate but only after we inquired and were told we're doing maintenance. Who does software maintenance in the middle of the day across N. America without notifying your user ahead of time. It happened again today, no notice, no access to support - simply unacceptable. Getting ready to have a staff meeting and review projects and have nothing. Un$&#%ing believable.

I could never get Drag to work well despite very close work with Drag support. I felt like I was unintentionally a beta tester. Once a fellow member of a board I'm on told me that my emails were coming through with multiple strange attachments, I finally disabled the extension, which solved the problem. I was then charged **$216.00*** for another year of service recently, with no reminder email ahead of time, like I receive from professional software companies. I emailed Duda Bardavid, who I'd worked with closely to try to get the product to work, to let her know I had enough problems with the app that I did not want to renew, and asked for a refund. She emailed me back that "we couldn't find any cancellation request before the restart of your billing cycle so unfortunately we cannot issue a refund." I told her I was sure she could indeed issue a refund, but she has not. I reenabled the extension today only to write this review. I can't imagine that any reputable company would install this software to run their business, given the problems I had as an individual.

I use Trello a lot so it's an appealing idea to organise my emails in the same way. First impressions are that it needs more work. Good that I can create my own columns and put due dates on cards. But why don't cards show Google's labels? Seems like an obvious mistake to create a duplicate tagging system and force users to adopt that instead. My inbox comes with a long history of labelling so Drag will never win over that. It might seem like a small point but it's a major barrier to my adoption right now.

I liked the app until today when it started adding "sent by drag" to my email signatures even when I was not in board mode. I don't want to have to x off sent by drag every email I send from the chrome browser. Note this just started happening today and it doesn't affect emails sent from my phone or browsers other then chrome.
