Customer service from Drag has been awesome. As is, the software has been a time saver for our team, helping us streamline project management and provide a level of transparency that we didn't previously had. Most importantly, we didn't have to force people onto new software they were unfamiliar with as this lives in gmail. So it was easy to get buy in. And what's more, there are a lot of new features in the pipleine that customer service has kept us in the loop about, so we can plan out how we will integrate this with operations moving forward. I'm excited to streamline our processes further.

I've really enjoyed using Drag. As a Google Apps admin there are several features that this has really helped our org and myself with. Pros: - sharing inbox only with users - granular folder (board) sharing without delegating the entire account - trello like board function, but also can keep the vertical board feel of original gmail ui - allows sending as another user without the annoying "on behalf of". This is huge for admin assistants or helpdesk that wants to reply in the same chain. Cons: - about the only thing I've found is that if you are logged into multiple accounts it prompts for persmission to use Drag for every one... not the worst problem but still worth a mention.

My team and I are still new to Drag but so far it's been great! It's the perfect way to organize emails/tasks/to-do's when you have a team of people accessing a shared inbox. Using Drag allows us all to be able to see exactly what's been dealt with, what still needs to be done, where a task is in its process, who's dealing with it, etc. Support has been really great too.

The Drag boards resolve most of our collaboration and productivity needs in a way we hadn’t imagined possible. For over a year, we had been looking at how to manage a shared inbox, manage projects remotely, and coordinate a team of volunteers outside of our google workspace, but felt that the email, CRMs, messaging, tasks, files, and calendar apps were operating in silos. This is not the case now: we can easily include and onboard a new colleague into our communications with clients and processes, assign tasks and delegate responsibilities without having to set up or share multiple accounts. The setup was simple and the support timely during the trial period. Our team is ready and excited to integrate it into our operations and we look forward to discovering how much our communication and productivity can be transformed.

Drag Space is a very innovative and well-polished product. If multiple people need to collaborate together around an easy to define workflow such as sales or a helpdesk, then you should consider Drag Space. I thought it was going to be a pain to set up with complex permissions, but it turned out to be very easy. There were a few quirks (or obvious things that I missed in the interface) that I couldn't figure out, but Drag Space's very responsive support team answered all my questions swiftly. With Drag Space my team and I are able to spend less time sending emails to one another, and more time collaborating meeting customer's needs.
