Sucks now. It used to allow texting from the extension. Why is Google removing functionality?
Used to be good, then they tweaked it. Now it is nothing more than a resource monster that does nothing, no notifications, no usability, nothing at ll. Sometimes, they should leave well enough alone. (Security and system tweaks, but forced obsolescence in an app to force you to subscribe to a pay for service is not th emodel I wish to follow.) Placed an older cell in a holder on my keyboard, barbaric, I know, but mor efucntional and workable than this.
This app is Okay. It would be Excellent if we could use the extension installed on Google Chrome to receive phone calls while browsing other websites instead of having to open the Google Voice website to receive calls.
Click-To-Call not working. I'm on my computer phone all day and it seems this feature should be one of the highest priorities to keep operable. It's a huge waste of time to have to copy, paste, enter numbers manually into Google Voice. Ironically, when the extension is enabled, phone numbers become hyperlinked, making them harder to highlight and copy, so not only does the click-to-call not work, it makes copying phone numbers even more difficult. Productivity suck all the way around. Please fix!
broken garbage
Click to Call does not work. This needs to be fixed ASAP please. Also would like for them to do an API that Zapier can connect with.
Works somewhat ok, but my main problem with it, as a web developer, it clutters my console with javascript errors on every page load. Can you guys please fix this? Unchecked runtime.lastError: The message port closed before a response was received. staticide-acrylic:1 Error handling response: TypeError: Cannot read property 'loggedOut' of undefined at chrome-extension://kcnhkahnjcbndmmehfkdnkjomaanaooo/contentscript.js:167:137 Appear every page load when your extension is enabled. EDIT: Now out of nowhere the icon in my toolbar is showing gray instead of green and when I click it to just opens a context menu as if I right clicked on it when before it would take me to the the google voice page. I have no idea why this started behaving in this manner or how to fix it and its really annoying me now that it's not working.
Click to call doesn't work, and that's the only reason I had it installed.
click to call doesn't work AGAIN apparently. i was in software for nearly a decade. I would absolutely fire the head of development for this division. They are obviously not capable of managing the quality of development their team puts out.
cannot connect outgoing call through the landline. used to work.
