- If a phone number doesn't turn into a link, you can select the text with your mouse and right-click to make a call (note: might not work with all numbers).

- If you don't like the extension turning numbers into Voice icon links, you can turn it off in the extension options.

A great great Google innovation from its inception. Not a thing has changed but for the better. Excellent idea and an excellent and easy app to use in every way. PLEASE Google if any changes are in fact made. Please keep what has made Google voice such a success for me and millions of other customers. Truly the most innovative tech company TODAY.
It doesnt work anymore since hangouts came online...and hangouts is not so great.
This has not been updated in so long the option to call is still trying to use Google Talk rather than Hangouts and therefore it does not work.
great extension :)
Now ever since Google Talk had been upgraded to Hangouts. This extension needs to be upgraded to where it opens a Hangouts window if someone wants to make a quick call to someone. Overall, wonderful idea, love how I can just pop it out from my extensions tray and send a quick text when I need too. Love the idea.
If you don't have this yer a fool, its free and works well , has more features than any phone you PAY for , with the forwarding feature you can receive calls on any cell or land line without having to give out a new number EVER

Anyone found a solution...i want the old system ...simple i link a link,spreadshet,google calendar and its dials the number....clearly google made these changes to block people using why else would it be so so bad...well now it does not even work....like a solution...happy to pay for it.....google listen to that.
I can t receive any calls on my MacBook Pro. I hit the answer button and nothing happens... it just continuously says CONNECTING
