The app does not work half the time. Most of the time this app pops up trying to order you to click to activate offers and it will continually pop up to click, annoying you to click over and over again throughout your check out process and you might not get any credit back. It's more of a nuisance then helpful.

I've not noticed any problems with using the desktop app and extension. I've most recently been using the programs with the Edge browser. I like that I can transfer the cash directly to my bank account (though I haven't done so, yet). I wish my list (the preselected discounts) would show on a drop down, when I'm shopping, because sometimes, I forget which discounted items I've checked off or the terms for those items. Overall, I find this app satisfactory to use.
