I can't get it to work because my google account is not my main account and not the one I used to sign up to Ibotta. It won't work.

Great concept but not sure how to use. I have the extension downloaded and got into Kohls.com. Do I just pay and ibotta is notified from the store website?

It literally does nothing. It doesn't let you check out with ibotta and get points... which is the point. Probably just tracking data and not even giving you anything for it. Pointless.

I use a different email to log into my Ibotta a/c than I do with my Google a/c. After wasting almost 1 hour trying to get extension to work, in the wee tiny small print it states you must have the same email address for Google Chrome as your Ibotta email a/c. There this extension is pointless as my Ibotta email address is not the same as my Google email address. Deleting the extension and sticking to Raktuen.

The store says it cannot process my request, please try back later. Been trying for an hour and every 2 minutes or so I get a pop up saying that Ibotta has been removed from my Chrome browser, that I need to reinstall it. Wish I could use Pay-Pal. I still haven't figured out how to get my money out of my Ibotta account. Also, doesn't help much when my husband runs to the store for me and all I can use there is Ibotta pay. There should be a way to get my rebate even though I don't use Ibotta Pay. You make it too hard.

I was given the opportunity to use this and receive a $5 bonus. I HATE the fact that I need to input my CC into their account. I have my paypal tied to my app I use on my phone... why do you need my CC? Sorry, $5 isn't enough to entice me to divulge my CC information. I will just keep using EBATES!

I like the placement of the extension; noticeable, but out of the way. Also, checkout process is very smooth.
