Just doesn't work on the computer anymore. We like to shop in a browser window, not on our phones. It is such a pain to try to shop for offers on an app. The chrome browser (and others we have tried) no longer works. Started going downhill when they took away the integration with Walmart and now it just doesn't work at all unless you are in incognito which you shouldn't need to be because it doesn't save your information and I think it prevents the Cashback from logging. I just get a blank screen and spinning when I try to login using my normal browser, contacted a few times about it with no help just a generic make sure you have it checked to read all sites or uninstall and reinstall the extension (which I have tried). They don't seem to know how to fix it. I always click all the offers and have used for years, but they always blame the user when Cashback is missing.

Honestly, I use Ibotta to see whats on sale where but if the store offers the same cash then I take it there instead of through Ibotta as I've found Ibotta to be very unreliable in accurately pulling/linking the deal and crediting the ibotta account. I've been told by customer service to notify them if I don't see the cash back but I do not want to have to comb through receipts when Walmart and other retailers have a better and more automatic cash back system.

I very rarely receive my rewards from Ibotta when I purchase anything online. Doesn't seem to matter whether I order through the app or through the extension on my browser, I never get the earnings. The only reason I still continue is for the money I can get back from paper receipt purchases, thus the reason for 3 stars otherwise it would be 0 stars

I used the app this morning for a purchase from McAfee, but the app did not register the purchase. I tried one more time with something from Walmart and it went through flawlessly, so I don't know what to make of it. I won't know for 7 days whether or not the purchase from either one registered. It takes 7 days to process purchases. I received a notification from the app for Walmart, so I'm reasonably certain that one worked, but the one from McAfee I do not know one way or the other. The purchase from McAfee had the largest percentage of cash back. It was something like 22.4% back on $40. The one on Walmart was only 3% back but it was a larger purchase. If you don't use your ibotta account every 180 days the company begins deducting a maintenance fee of $2.90 per month until you use it again, so keep that in mind. That's the main reason I used it today.
