i have been using ibotta for while now and have made over $800 back in rebates. they have the products and brands that i use all the time and it is so easy to scroll thru select my rebates and then go shopping. it was so awesome when they added walmart online pickup and now the extension. i can setup my cart, select rebates and pickup. i get my rebates in less than 12 hours most times. money back with little effort is awesome. the bonuses are great too....i love to see that extra money rolling in.

I had trouble linking this app to my Target account but I was able to link it to my Walmart account which I use more frequently. So, far, I have received some cash back already and I just started a week ago. I will retry my Target account. I think the software might be a little glitchy. Otherwise, it is a fantastic app!

After installing the Ibotta Chrome Browser Extension and linking my account, I have attempted to use it multiple times over several months and not a SINGLE offer that I have activated has been paid properly without Ibotta Customer Service becoming involved. You have to capture [multiple] screenshots, provide email receipts, file support requests, and wait for research with their partnered retailers. The process has just been horrific and very frustrating. Then, after reporting a problem with a transaction from 12/6/2020 (support request filed 12/17/2020) and providing all of the requested documentation, after a dozen emails back and forth I'm told on 02/12/2021 they are UNABLE TO CREDIT MY ACCOUNT for a $0.17 [yep, seventeen cents] rebate?!?! This product is GARBAGE and everyone should stay very far away from it! It has now been uninstalled and deleted from my computers.

To be honest, I get really frustrated sometimes too because technology in this day and age should work better. But Ibotta is wayyyyyyy better than coupons. Companies often lose my business because of their greedy tricks with their coupons. I've saved more with Ibotta than I ever did with coupons, even though I am NOT a fan of highly advertised "name" brands. I was really happy to be able to link several accounts also and while I can't say it was a perfect process, it's great now that it's done!

Have had mostly good luck using. But I didn't link correctly to QVC and my rebate didn't credit. I wrote and was told how to do it correctly. Was promised a credit but did not receive. So for now I will only be using on WalMart purchases.

Linked to my Walmart account quickly and easily. Now when shopping online, I am able to see all offers available on any page that I am viewing. Seems to work with a lot of sites. Great tool for online shopping.
