Tested multiple Note Takers. Fathom is absolutely the best It gives you the most accurate summary. Comparing to Zoom's summary, which is terrible, Fathom exactly gives you what happened on the meetings. The platform is easy to use and they are actively working on features, like Slack connection and stuff. Customer support went above and beyond answering my query. Since I started to use Fathom, 3 months ago, they have made so much improvement and multiple new features. I use it on all of my meetings. I love that you can just jump on every part of the video if you click on a summary, a question or any other copy and only listen and see that part of the video. Implementation could be easier a bit, but it's good enough. It provides the best note taking summary and amazing features for keeping your conversation and the follow-ups in a good hand.
