The note taking and action item summaries are very good. Being able to go back and use the transcript or summary to watch exact parts of the meeting is a very useful feature. Highly recommend Fathom to anyone in sales, account management, leadership, project management, and more. Pretty much like having an exceptional EA or VA with you in meetings.

really love using Fathom. It doesn’t just give me notes and highlights from my meetings, it also shows me in real time how much I’ve been talking. If I slip into a long monologue (which I know I can do), it reminds me to stop, check for questions, and listen more. I also love being able to go back and watch the meeting recordings later—it helps me revisit the full conversation, key details, and any important information I need to remember. My favorite feature is having it connected to my Asana: if any tasks are assigned to me during a meeting, they automatically show up in Asana so I never forget the important items I need to complete. The automatic transcription is super accurate, the highlights are easy to share, and the summaries save me a ton of time. Honestly, it feels less like a recorder and more like a smart assistant that helps me be a better communicator.
