I really like the information that Crystal provides, it's quite intelligent. The only problem is that the UX is glitchy and it lags down my Gmail sometimes (assuming it doesn't play well with my other extensions). I want to love this and purchase an annual, but I have to weigh whether this is effective enough to make up for the lag and inefficiencies that it causes me. Will improve my review if this is fixed.

The extension will not remember my choice to not show in gmail, and the options dialogue fails to load correctly when accessed via right-clicking the extension icon.

I love it. Never have any issues with it and it's spot on when describing how the contact likes to communicate. I tried prospecting a hard to reach client to no avail. I used Crystal to help me communicate to a style that was more comfortable for the client and it worked. Got a response immediately. Many more positive experiences.

It's a very interesting idea, and I think it's pretty user-friendly and surprisingly informative. While it takes a few moments before the app displays its personality profile, I've found that it's pretty accurate and useful. I'm interested in seeing how it develops!

The new chrome extension is super cool and user friendly! I used it for professional research on LinkedIn and it gave me just enough info on the side bar, but i still had the option to view the whole profile. Excited to see what happens next. This is my secret weapon!
