Cool extension, borderline creepy. Unfortunately, broke the Google Play Store, so I keep the extension installed, but disabled.

Actually I like the extension on Chrome but recently it cause a problem with Google Play Store. When the extension is active, google play store website doesn't work at all. When the page is loaded fully, suddenly after a second, it goes white and there is nothing to show! but the source code is there. I've disabled all my extensions and finally found that the problem is Crystal. By disabling it everything work fine. I couldn't find any other places for support, so I've decided to explain the problem here. Hope support team read and solve it soon.

It's possible that this is an unfair evaluation, but I've installed the extension AND used the direct site. Nearly NO ONE that I communicate with on a regular basis has come up with a profile either by typing into g-mail or looking up directly. I have a profile and I've found a FEW contacts, but never has Crystal appeared as I was typing an e-mail (as a coach) nor has it consistently provided contact information. Support is totally lacking as well.

One of the best extension I have for productivity. I found Crystal for Chrome being very accurate in its personality insights.

After donating my own information I was still barred from investigating further because of expensive business upgrades. My own information is worth more than Crystal is paying me so I figured the trade was unbalanced. I deleted my account and the extension.
