Super early user of Mixmax in its beta version (and it's only gotten better with increased features!). We automatically sign up every new employee up for an account as we teach people how to use it to make emailing, reminders and more work for them and help increase productivity. I can't imagine email (or working in general!) without it with how I use my inbox. THE BEST EMAIL TOOL TO INVEST IN HANDS DOWN!

I am an original user of Mixmax in its beta version and I can't imagine email without it. The sequences save me so much time (mail merging) and the live tracking helps alert me when a customer is interested or has a question, and helps me stay connected to my community in ways I depend on every day! I use templates heavily and through each design change I've never felt abandoned or left behind by the design team. I wish every software/online software developer were as responsive. Over the years, the rare times (every few years) I've needed customer service I've been responded to quickly, professionally, and respectfully and always found resolution. I can't recommend it highly enough.

I used to receive very fast and helpful customer support, and the extension used to work well for my purposes. Now, the sequence feature no longer works for "send mail as" / aliases. It is supposed to work but doesn't in spite of days of attempted troubleshooting and contact with customer support. In addition, they also got rid of the feature in the Small Business Account where you can track opens/clicks in sequences when sending from an alias. I never saw a notice that the feature was changing and had to figure it out when my sequences were having problems, and everything bouncing. The extension has gotten very buggy, and for my last customer support help request, it took an extremely long time for someone to even write me back, and that person did not know how to fix the problem...so in spite of multiple back and forth emails, I still did not get a solution. I suspect that some of the bugs have to do with Google's security changes. However, since this is a Google extension, there needs to be a solution.

Looks like it could be quite good ... If it actually worked. Not working for me on brave browser. Lets me get to some settings/dashboard page but that's all. I can't see any calendar page, email page, nothing visible when in gmail. Nothing. Shame as it shows promise.
