This is, by far, the most useful thing I have loaded up on my system. The more I use it the more all my other productivity tools become redundant and colleagues envy my ability to stay organised. My wife is totally bemused by it as I am totally unorganised in my domestic/social manifestation. The team are always improving it, generally very quick in responding to glitches and very supportive and responsive.
