I've been using Activeinbox for a couple years now, and could not live without it. Flexible, easy to use, great support.
This is a terrific tool for power email users. The designers really care about making email more productive, and they interact constantly with the community to float and test ideas. In the current version, you can easily organize your emails by priority, group them by projects, set due dates, and -- most useful of all! -- make notes on them about their main point and what you need to do; these notes show up in the listing of messages. I find I depend on this tool constantly.
A great GTD (Getting Things Done) productivity tool. since most emails are really tasks and task related activities - ActiveInbox allows you to process all your email fast, get (and maintain) 0 unread messages in your inbox and be current on all your projects. highly recommended
I cannot believe that I have functioned thus far without this app. In my business I need to make very sure that nothing falls through the cracks ... wow, using this for just a few days, it is a total breeze and I feel totally on top of what is going on in my inbox, and all my other folders for that matter. I don't constantly keep mental track or make external lists for follow up or getting back to an e-mail. It is all right there in front of me. Such a great task management tool. And their support is totally on top of things!! My questions were answered pronto. Love love!!
You must have it!!! After using lots of task manager this is by far the best one there is. I've been using it since version 1 and couldn't see me taking on 5 projects (not included my day job) without this plugin. If you came here , you need it!!
Love this app. It makes dealing with my day easier and helps process my emails, and other in-boxes to zero, so I can have peace of mind. This will definitely make you more efficient and effective in your life's work.
I wouldn't be using gmail/google apps if it wasn't for this plug in. They are always updating it and keeping it working with gmail the minute that google changes something. Truly the best email task manager out there.
