finally found whay i needed, in my opinion the best youtube extension Magic Skip and volume control is awesome!
Uninstalled due to the constant update popups and other bloat. TweaksForYoutube as recommended in other reviews is much better

对非英语国家不友好，不仅无法更改语言，而且由于设置页面是镶嵌到网页中的，所以Chrome自带的网页翻译成中文功能也无法翻译里面的内容，希望能增加语言。
Yeah, well... This one is pretty bad, similarly to Enhancer for Youtube. The best YT extension is TweaksForYoutube, and nothing comes close so far.

Crazy amount of cookies.
Features are ok, but the popups about updating chrome are intrusive. There are threads on Reddit from 7 years back with people complaining about the same thing. Give us the option to disable.
