What an awful interface this "update" has created. Doesn't remember / see that its already installed on Chrome - have to go into Edge, copy and paste passwords into Chrome. Doesn't even open a web tab anymore to show / manage passwords. We should be getting paid by Norton as product testers for this garbage program, not having to pay them for it. Abysmal support where live operators haven't got a clue, probably reading from a script that is headlined "how to really annoy people"
The latest version (12/17/2024) has made it difficult to access the password manager vault. When you click on pasword manager in the app, it say the password vault is not installed when, in fact, it is. When you pin the icon for the vault in Chrome, it annoyingly keeps asking for validation every time I open browser, or at times it does it when I open a new web page. There is no clear way to access the vault directly from the Norton 360 app. The arrangement for the password vault is truly poor.
This is one of the worse password managers in history. Complete garbage. don't trust it because it is very problematic to sign in. In fact the chrome extension does not even work for me. I pay for Norton 360 too,

I have had this for a few years now but since the November update i have been unable to use it as it will not open. I have a subscription with Norton and I have important passwords in the vault I can't access.
I agree with the complaints below. Your product was great until recently. Now, all I am seeing are ads for upgrades or warnings that my system is in jeopardy and I should buy an upgrade. You are convincing me to go, elsewhere!!
My Password Manager worked perfectly for 5 yrs. and suddenly beginning in Dec. 2024, when I try to open the vault I get a advertisement from Norton for Password Manager. I've tried every thing to get it to work properly - no dice! This is the first time in 10 yrs. of being a Norton customer that I've had a complaint, or had an issue with any of the features. Something is decidedly wrong somewhere.......
I have a paid subscription of Norton Password Manager & the only problem I have had with it, is that sometimes I have to go back & reload the password. I love it.
I took the chance to put my passwords in the manager. My nightmare is turning real as it brought me to this page and now I'm reading the reviews that are saying the same thing. This is totally unacceptable and very concerning. I hope it gets resolved or I am screwed. I didn't do this for so long and now what do I do? I hope they get this resolved. I"m adding to my review. Everything was fine even a few days ago for me. This scares me to death as I started relying on it's reliability and now my worst nightmare has been realized. I can't believe with such a very serious thing like passwords they woudl screw up this big. I don't have the time, energy to change all my passwords. This is a serious issue, serious breach of trust, serious scary safety issue.
