Many Norton users are having the same issue that I'm having - Password Manager extension not opening in Chrome. This is since the "upgrade" to a new user interface. Well, it used to work great and now it doesn't, Norton. Do something about it!
Whats going on, since 2 days it cannot be open anymore in Chrome or edge?
It should be a ZERO star rating because I cannot open it! Given the hacking that's going on I wonder if Norton IS secure? An explanation please!

it works fine when it feels like it. I can't actually open it at the minute. I can't access my passwords but as soon as i do, i will be moving them somewhere else.
It use to work just fine, but now it doesn't open or send an open request to the mobile app. They really need to fix it.
Having similar issues--password manager won't open, and I cannot access it. Deleted cache, restarted, and PM won't open. Not the first time I have had norton issues. Too much damn money for this irritation. I can drive in rush hour traffic for free.
What is the of use of having a password manager that I can't access. fix it or refund my money.
9 out of 10 times the extension won't open when I click on it to sign-in. Fix the issue or I will have no choice but to leave Norton.
Since the changes nothing works like it did and password manager is no exception. It was great and very convenient. I just cant get it to autosave or auto fill in no matter what I try anymore. The sites that passwords are saved for require double authentication and MOST irritating, it won't bring them across automatically, so i have to flip back and forth and copy and paste the user name and password speperately. P.A.I.N ITB time to start looking elsewhere.
