If I could give zero stars, I would. This used to work great. Now it's a nightmare, every time.
Been a long time user of Norton Password but this is a non-starter on Windows 11 time to look elsewhere
Like many others who have provided recent reviewws, it has been a good run, but it looks like it may be time to move on. There are too many credible options to continue to deal with Norton's increasing shortcomings.
What has happened to this extension? It worked perfectly well on my previous computer (which has Windows 10). On a new computer, with Windows 11, it fails every few days. What is the point of having a password manager if your can't access it easily? Time to fix this issue Norton.
It is so time consuming and counterproductive to remove and reinstall the extension every day or two. Really can't recommend this facility at all. Changing vault providers, shame Google won't let me leave a no stars review.
Have had Nortons for many years but like many of the others who have recently left reviews, getting fed up with all the issues. Continuing problems with the password manager icon not working, but plenty of prompts to buy more products when the main product is not performing.
Probably a month now of issues with the Chrome Extension, click the icon and the password extension is blank. Uninstall and reinstall, works for a few days and then goes blank again. Looks like I'm not the only once. How about an update Norton?
I've been with Norton for several years despite some issues I have with the product. I have noticed that when using Chrome, the Password Manager extension does not work. When clicking enter, the site just spins. When comparing its use in Windows Edge, the permissions appear to be the same. It has to be Chrome that is the problem. I checked the reviews to find others having the same issue. Why can't the developers fix this issue? One star for its use in Chrome but it does work with Edge.
When I select the symbol for Northern Password Manager ( upper right corner of screen), nothing happens. Does not load the screen for password. Seems that this started when I downloaded and ran the updated Ultilities Ultimate. I get differnt errors. Some of my accounts don't recognize my PC. Even when I get status from Northern, they refer to me as a new customer. I've been with them for years. Not sure how much longer
doesn't work. have to reload every day. chrome attachment doesn't work. and I'm paying for this?
