you cannot reset your password without losing all your information, whats the use of having a reset option
So far it's a pain in the neck--it keeps giving me these huge alarms like everything's going south--and I look on the internet to see if that's typical of its way of doing things, and sure enough, it is. And it took over my password manager and lost some of my passwords so I had to go to my credit union today to reset my password. It's a nucklehead of a security system. I'm tempted to trash it.

Absolutely frustrating to use. Problems opening Password Manager if I can even get the logon screen to appear. My recommendation is to use the "Free" open source. it may take a few extra steps to get to you passwords but its less aggrevating

Why does this keep crashing in Chrome and disappearing. I am about 2 days from closing my Nortons account, Norton 360 used to be really good, but now I can't keep up with being frustrated every time I want to use password manager
I am running this on several Windows 11 PCs and Phones and it doesn't always open from Chrome. Fcuking rubbish. Don't waste your time on this - get a decent one that works and won't let you down.
メールアドレスが使えなくなった時点でログイン出来なくなるし再発行も出来なくなる。 新規でアカウントを作り直せとしか対応してくれない。 こちらの都合でメールアドレスが使用できなくなっているのでしょうがないことなんですが、チャット対応してもらってるときにサポート側から突然チャットを切られる。 登録しているメールアドレス宛に変更URLが送られてくるので、メールアドレスが消滅してからは一切の対応ができなくなるので注意してください。 現住所や電話番号に変更アドレス送ってくれるだけでいいんだけどそんなこともしてくれない。 契約の自動更新だけは続くので10年以上使っている大事なクレジットカードを解約することにしました。悔しい
Since moving to windows 11 it isn't working as it used to. Clicking on the pinned extension in Chrome it no longer drops down the password manger box with all sites etc in it. Instead it opens a window explaining how to add it to extensions . It does still automatically fill the information on most sites that the passwords are stored for, but not all.
Not so good on mobile, except for retrieving passwords and user names. Best on Chrome and, of course, Norton Safe Search.
