It just is not smooth, too many gremlins in their machine!
It is on my extentions, BUT , when you click on it NOTHING happens. After experiencing this problem. I find that using it is like a good lesson in Futility! I would NOT Recommend this to anyone '
Cannot install password manager on computer. It opens the browser and gives no option for install. Only works on my phone
I decided to get this because it comes with ID Protection. I replaced LastPass. I wish I hadn't done so. This extension works only about half the time. Often I will click on it and nothing happens. And it often doesn't auto populate logins on sites, requiring me to manually go and copy the username and/or password. I also wish it didn't log you out so often.
I click the install button and there are no instructions after that of what to do next to actually install the software. BOZO programming.
Terrible, won't open from browser. Takes a long time.
Works Great! I see some people state it does not always pop up and fill the user name and password boxes. Well, that is true, on some sites you must be a little more computer savvy, occasionally you simply must copy and paste your password and user name from the Norton password manager and paste it in the boxes. Come on people, don't blame Norton because you lack computer experience.

Doesn't respond when I try opening the extension in the web browser. Doesn't always pop up when I'm prompted for on various websites. It works when it wants to I guess (which is not very often).
I loved it in the beginning, but now it will not open. I would automatically get a notification on my phone to unlock, now it doesn't even do that. I take care of my parents stuff, so I had it to help with all the passwords. Now I guess I will just write them all down and delete the extension.
