it will work only if you can get it to open up, I start the Norton safe web browser and when I click on the Norton Password Manager, it refuses to open, I've tried several different ways, like going into the My Norton app and click on opening the password manager and still it just opens a blank page. for all the money we have to pay to have Norton you'd think they'd make a product that would work right, and then they want you to pay more to update drivers, why pay for more when what you have doesn't work to start with?
since last update I can't keep a password saved it ask me every time to save or something went wrong, you always ask for money for something i should already have the soft ware; you want people to $300 for your program and itis not complete. if you have auto renew you charge the highest price, why not give the best deal. We are loyal customers so treat us like it.

I also use Norton Utilities, which is absolutely fantastic. If you haven’t tried it, you’re missing out—it keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Reading other reviews, I’ve noticed that many users seem unsure how to implement it properly, which may explain some of the lower ratings. Honestly, it’s quite simple: You create one account with multiple users, so your whole family can be protected. You only need one password, which safely stores all your others. It’s brilliant for avoiding phishing sites and keeping your data secure. Norton has been a quiet guardian in the background of my digital life—and I wouldn’t go online without it.
Wie lange kann es denn bitte dauern die Passwörter zu öffnen. Wenn man endlich mal Glück hat die Push Benachrichtigung zur Freigabe am Handy zu erhalten, wartet man danach nochmal Minuten bis man auf irgendeiner Webseite ein Passwort eingeben kann... Werde daher meinen Passwort Manager inkl. Security umziehen
Through BT, I have used this password manager across two laptops and two mobile phones. It was running OK on my PC until I accidentally ran out of memory on my C drive whilst expanding a zip file. That made the password manager inaccessible. Having freed up space on C drive, I added the password manager to Google Chrome, but that created a new password vault with a new password as it didn't like the old password. So now the vault on my laptop is empty, but the one on my mobile phone is okay. How do I reinstate the Norton Password Manager and old Vault on my laptop? Any ideas?
I have used this app and extension for YEARS and have ZERO issues with the application. Do NOT let the low score fool you as it is user error 100% and wish people would learn how to use the app and not downgrade an amazing product that is so useful. I am NOT paid to say this and pay for their entire suite of products because I believe so strongly in them. 1000% recommend!
Would be good if it worked when needed. I say the same as many other users complaining, when I click on it to open passwords, NOTHING happens, the app does not respond. Its a shame for a company like Norton to have such aweful and unreliable and faulty software. I will start looking for an alternative to Norton.
Unreliable (at critical moments) - It Doesn't Work When I Need It The Most The Experience is Oppressive - Difficult and restrictive to use . Poor value for the money - Expensive for Such Poor Value
When I enter a password to enter the vault, it says the password can't be the same as my user name. My user name is not related in any way. This app needs work. Contact me when it's fixed.
