Unreliable start up. Doesn't always load when opening browser. Fine when it does but often requires a full restart of machine. Norton page asks to install but if clicked the "Play" page ask to uninstall - ?
ik gebruik Norton al jaren en had nooit problemen, maar sinds dit jaar alleen maar ellende. Helpdesk ingeroepen en dan nemen ze de pc over, sluiten alles af en open alles weer en dan doet de kluis het ineens weer. Krijg ik een opmerking om te bellen als het probleem live problemen vertoon??? huh, daarom bel ik toch. Ook worden ze steeds duurder, en overweg nu echt wel naar een andere over te stappen. eerst maar kijken of ik alles uit mijn kluis kan exporteren.

Doesn't open like it's supposed to, leaves me looking for the passwords that it's supposed to be storing.
Lately, password manager will not open. If you click on the extension in the upper right of your browser, there is no drop down screen with the option to log in. Nothing happens at all. This has been happening regularly in both Google Chrome and Norton Private Browser (which I prefer to use).
Norton est entrain de tomber dans les poubelles de l'histoire. A la limite, plus vite ça se fera, mieux ça vaudra, car ses fonctionnalités déclinantes mettent nos applications en péril. Client Norton depuis au moins 20 ans, j'ai vu les prix annuels exploser et le service rendu disparaître. Le Password Manager qui s'ouvrait quand il le fallait, ne s'ouvre même plus, ce qui veut dire que vous avez "perdu" vos mots de passe. Se connecter à son compte Norton est une traversée du désert dont il ne ressort rien. Vous disposez de 10 machines "à protéger", certes, mais sur les machines principales, protégées depuis 10 ans, Norton n'est plus accessible, sans que vous compreniez pourquoi, ni qu'on vous ait prévenu. Par contre des bidules qui ne vous servent à rien, "Ultimate Utilities" par exemple (n'a jamais permis de résoudre de vrais problèmes), vous font des beaux tableaux de bord qui sont juste beaux. Bref, Norton est devenu une pompe à fric. Est-ce le fait qu'Avast ait pris la main ? Je vais me renseigner pour me débarrasser de cette horreur qui me ruine sans contre-partie

My Norton Passwword Mananger fails to open. Fix this issue immediately.
No funciona como debiera. En ocasiones puede tardar 10 minutos en activarse. Espero que lo revisen y mejore la aplicación.
Chrome Extension for Norton's password manager keeps dropping out - sometimes it comes back online after 5 mins and prompts me for a password to unlock it, but most times it just lags until I give up trying and have to restart Chrome
