I literally got kicked out like 5 times during the exam, it was absolutely ridiculous, and each time I had to rewait in the cue and to get let in. 0/10.
This system is horrible. I logged in to take my exam the Proctor did a 360 view of my room and advised me to close my bedroom door, I advised him that what he was seeing was a walkway to my bathroom. Then he asked to see my desk, then to see underneath my desk, then to show him my cell phone which I already had put away. He wanted me to show him where I put it, then I had to show my ears multiple times, I was asked to remove my glasses which you clearly can see are the free ones from the optical store! and to give a 360 view of them. Mind you this entire time I was talking and advising I felt this was inappropriate and then all of a sudden the proctor stated they cant hear me, and then I was booted out of the exam. Now I have to wait 2-5 business days to hear from someone regarding this matter for an exam I paid for. This is completely unacceptable! I've taken many test online and I have never had an experience like this in my life.
Had a good overall experience with taking my exam! The online proctor was helpful and friendly.
I found the exam difficult to prepare for and there is a lot required in order to get approved.
does not even deserve one star. my first proctor kept telling me how to sit and was extremely rude and would not clarify any requests and then ended my first encounter after 40 minutes of being jerked around. they made me repeat everything over and over it was nice to have them act as if i am a cheater, i felt harassed and wondered if i was going to have to lift my shirt. i have never felt so horrible and will never do this again. "sit to the right more right show me where you are sitting that is not it do this do that" this was a terrible experience i doubt i passed as they extremely stressed me out. the requests are insane. i got in trouble for reading a question outloud on pretest and threatened to be taken out of test. and then got a warning for putting my hand on my face/mouth. they can hear everything. it was so terrible. i honestly want to file a complaint as i will have to pay back my job for this test. NO CERTIFICATION IS WORTH THIS TREATMENT

Had a couple of glitches, but overall pretty easy to navigate
Everything went smoothly and my proctor was thorough with everything.
Proctor wanted me to move every picture off of the wall. Basically wanted me to move all of my furniture out of the room. Makes no sense.
over all exam experience is good, some technical issue but it was resolved, my proctor is great, finished my exam in a smooth way.
