It's worth going 100+ miles to a proctoring center if you need to. The chat function wasn't working the first two attempts so they just booted me out, and after getting "everything" resolved with my sponsor and PSI it had already been an hour and a half. This was such a hassle, by the time I was aloud to start my test the exam window was already closed so it wouldn't even let me take the test after going through the proctor setup. Hoping to hear back about a reschedule or a refund.
Would NEVER like to use this extension again. I was over half an hour late to my exam because instructions for this extension were very unclear. I had to call Support (they were very helpful btw). Shouldn't have been a problem in the first place. Apparently, my proctor was trying to give me instructions for the exam but the LiveChat bar never showed up until I chose to close and re-open the browser again. Then, I had to do the whole identification process again which just took up more of my exam time. The LiveChat bar at the top constantly covers parts of the questions which was very annoying trying to read through

Made the CPU on my laptop go to 100% and made the whole computer extremly sluggish.
