Very, very, very bad experience. Took me out many times, then it was difficult to get back in...really bad communication with the person in the other side. I am feeling very dispassionate right now and i agree with all the other bad reviews.
Like the other reivews stated, i was kicked out of the exam multiple times. Not only was i kicked out multiple times but i was forced to do the whole proccess over again each time. Showing my room, confirming my idenity, etc. Mind you, i decided to take my exam early in the morning due to work. I am exhausted and thier system kicked me out multiple times and they tried to make it seem like it was my system and almost made me retake the exam... it was their system and as you can see by the multiple reviews they clearly have system issues.
HORRIBLE. the system kicked me out 5 times and then ended my camera twice. I had to re enter and be verified like 8 times.
The system kicked me out of my exam 3 times, and then cut the camera feed on my proctors end. Had to close out and restart everything.

Absolutely horrible. I kept getting kicked out of the exam multiple times. Then All they told me to do was exit google chrome then come back. HORRIBLE. I really hope NHA uses something different in the future.

this was terrible. i faced many problems with them kicking me off serval times leading me to just be frustrated the entire exam. they actually were terrible at communication and made me call someone for help.
kicked me off 3 times and i had to completely reconnect and restart i am glad it allowed me to continue where I left off. This process made me feel like i had to rush to avoid being kicked off again. If i need to retake it i will take it at a testing center.
If I could give this no stars I would. I had three exams scheduled. First 2 at night. 1 in at 6 am. First exam kicked me out at my second to last question. SECOND EXAM YIELDED THE PROCTOR UNABLE TO SEE MY CAMERA. ALL MY EXTENSIONS AND PERMISSION WERE ACTIVE AND STEADY. MY INTERNET WAS ACTIVE AND STEADY WITH HIGH UPLOAD/DOWMLOAD SPEADS. Third exam: got paused 3 times due to camera issues on PSI end which the tech support person then blamed on me. I WILL NEVER USE THIS EXTENSION OR DO PSI REMOTE PROCTORING EVER AGAIN. THIS IS HORRIBLE.
