not bad for performing the test but kind of annoying having to confirm everything is out of reach then stating i cannot have a piece of paper then said i can but a napkin on the desk needed to be moved. and needed evidence of my cell phone on camera was a little excessive if ya ask me.

The proctors are trash. Never had a test that didn't require proctors to not speak. That is unprofessional to be chatting the whole time and not speaking. Its a delay in process. You can tell they aren't even at there desk the whole time , due to the 5 min delay for a response. I also dont see why I cant drink water or wear a scarf in my own damn home . Like HUH ?!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION, FIRST PROCTOR RANDOMLY TRANSFERRED ME, SECOND PROCTOR ACCUSED ME OF SPEAKING WITH "SOMEONE" , VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. I WAS MORE WORRIED ABOUT "GETTING IN TROUBLE" THAN FOCUSING ON MY TEST ONLY REASON THEY GOT A STAR IS BC I HAD TO PUT ONE

Very rude keep bothering me while I was taking my test and keep flagging me because I was praying over my test after he/she made me feel so uncomfortable with the process of the tests will not recommend taking online with this proctoring. Just keep interrupting my test with nonsense like take my hand from my mouth or don't speak out loud so you mean to tell me that I can't pray or read the questions out loud to myself. Need to look into the people you hire to be proctoring on ya'll site can cause people to fail and get side traced from test not cool. overall 0/10 had me keep showing my desk when it was completely clear all but ear buds trouble experience with my test.

Extremely over cautious to the point where it hindered my own comfort and peace of mind as I was taking the exam. I use my desk as a storage area because there is a large compartment underneath it, and that's also where I wanted to take my exam. The proctor wanted me to remove everything I had stored under my desk (none of which was test related) in order to take the exam, which simply would have been far too time-consuming. The proctor then ordered me to take the exam on my bed instead, which is unprofessional and uncomfortable in my opinion. I then had to go as far as moving furniture to convince the proctor that I will not be using it to cheat. I had several issues with connection and had to redo the environment check 3 times which affected my concentration, wasted time, and caused me stress. I also had to resort to using my phone hotspot to take the exam because of connection issues, despite the fact that I've never had this problem before using the service. The questions were very difficult to navigate through, and the "bookmark" option was practically useless as I had to individually scroll through 180 questions to find the few that I bookmarked anyway, which defeats the purpose of distinguishing those few questions.

i would recommend at a facility next time. proctor is rude and will give u random warnings that'll state your test will be ended all because of you not being able to be a human being and use your eyes to look. also having to destroy my workplace office all because they swear someone is going to cheat... do better. proctor was dude and slow in the brain. took up almost an hour before starting my exam because they have no common sense

Ran into some technical difficulties with the proctor being able to see my screen. But they got a technical representative to join right away and resolve the issue. They were very thorough when checking my environment for compliance which I can appreciate.
